Interview
They use the Top Grading System, so interviews can be long, up to 4 hours and there may be more than one person interviewing you at a time. They really want to insure that you will be a good fit and seem to do a good job finding that out. But, the questions can get detailed.

Mostly how I react to certain negative and positive situations in prior jobs and why. They also wanted to know about goals, and ability to collaborate with others. Nothing out of the ordinary.
