Accipio interview questions

Was contacted over phone randomly by one of the "consultants" working at the firm - really surprised that no call time was arranged! He asked extremely strange questions, didn't respond when I spoke at length. Didn't try to sell the company. Said salary is completely non-negotiable. Makes sense considering that they essentially want a coder monkey to re-purpose open source software (Moodle) to customer needs.
