My interview experience with Accord was very positive, and I felt comfortable from the very start. The first stage was an informal conversation where I had the chance to meet the strategy team. The second stage involved delivering an in-person presentation based on a set task. As soon as I began presenting, the team encouraged me to take my time, which immediately put me at ease. I was able to ask questions and gain a genuine understanding of Accord’s culture, which came across as highly positive and inclusive.
