Interview
Wow, what an absolute mess from top to bottom. For a company that specializes in job placements, the entire interview process could not have been handled worse or more disrespectfully. Completely disorganized and unprofessional to the point that I stuck in it a little longer for the entertainment factor of just how bad they were… at all of it. It was laughable. Very poor at communicating throughout the whole process and clearly had no vision whatsoever for the role they were hiring for. If this is what the interview process is like, I can’t even imagine what it must be like to work there. Run run run!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
So many questions about handling what amounted to complete chaos - clear warning sign from the start!
It started out wonderful, but then the interviewer started acting beyond rude. She sighed after my thoughtful responses and ultimately decided the job would kill my soul. WHO SAYS THAT? Additionally, she was very judgmental about me moving after college, even though she didn't have or try to understand my financial situation. Some people can't live in expressive cities without a job.

Question 1
Most of the questions were related to work ethic and burnout, which this company seems like a farm for.
