Really bad interview process. Very vague and no clear instructions. No feedback and that's all. I am trying to get information but seems like no one has it. A lot of room for improvement especially with the interview process.

The process took around 3 weeks, interviews were conducted very professionally.
1. Screening round with Karat - 60 min
2. Technical round (Technical) - 45 min
3. System design (Technical) - 45 min
4. Discussion with VP (Behavioral) - 45 min
5. Discussion with Product Manager (Behavioral) - 45 min
6. Discussion with Director (Behavioral/Technical) - 45 min

Interview
First a phone call from an external recruiter. Then a phone call from Freedom's internal recruiter. Then a call with a VP of software engineering. Only experience with their particular technology stack will be acceptable which includes Java, Firebase, and Web Sockets. Other experience will not be considered no matter what accomplishments the candidate has. Only experience with writing code from scratch will be considered.

A website is automatically updated by a Firebase data store. If we switched to MongoDb, how would we ensure the website was still automatically updated?
