Interview
I was greeted by a member of staff and brought into the office. The interviewee was running late so the staff member talked me through the job and told me about the residents. He did make a slightly inappropriate comment about my appearance saying that one of the residents would love flirting with me as I'm very pretty. He also asked me my age and tutted and gave me a look as he said I'm "young". The interview was conducted by the manager and the staff member stayed in the office as this was being conducted, with other members of staff walking in and out throughout the interview which was quite offensive putting. Felt very judged within this environment and was told I would hear back very soon, this was over a month ago and they didn't even have the courtesy to tell me I didn't get the job.

The process was informative and friendly.
Though a little long, I had to go through another DBS check since my update service was the highest level, which was not necessary

Virtual interview via Microsoft Teams with two interviewers. Invited by the recruitment team at a time that is convenient to both parties. Quick and simple to organise and felt comfortable during the process
