The interview was virtual. I turned my camera on, the interviewer never did which honestly felt a bit weird but they were nice. They asked some basic project management questions. It lasted about a half hour.

Interview
It was a super easy interview and only lasted around 25 minutes. Pretty standard PM interview questions, no hard questions. And I got an offer letter 2 days after the interview.
About a month after I applied for a PM position, I received an email asking me to submit my availability for an interview. I waited one week to hear back with a confirmed time. When the HM did not reach out, I sent a follow up email to check in and see if anything else was needed from my end. Again, no response. It's been a month now and I don't expect to hear back. Extremely unprofessional to initiate an exchange with an applicant just to leave them hanging. I wouldn't apply at this company again.
