Interview
The interview process was pretty fast, except for when it came time to get back to me. I moved through four rounds of interviews with the management team within the very short period of time (ten days).Upon that, I heard nothing about their decision for more than three weeks. This would not be a big deal if they did not rush me as a candidate, and if one of their senior leaders was not the one who promised to get back to me (I never heard back from this person)
Advice to management and HR-- Not everyone is desperate for the job, so please re- think how you treat your candidates.

Interview
The interview team did a great job in addressing what they were looking for and communicating each step along the process. Each interviewer had their own unique questions and criteria they were trying to identify and was very clear on what they were looking for. Each interviewer was very pleasant to speak with and genuinely showed interest into what I had to offer and my background. I know in speaking with Marcia Frank she shared a passion of the industry and showcased the possibilities of the position but the overall growth potential within the company. I knew after my interviews with Topher, Marcia, and Herschel that this company held the same beliefs and values that made me want to join the team.
