They did schedule around me to accommodate my job's schedule, and generally were fairly inviting with refreshments. They did not extend an offer, I suspect due to my familial needs, so this is likely better suited for people right out of college. Also, be prepared with your deepest possible understanding of phases of site closure. (E.g. remedial program, delineation, remediation, closure documentation)
