I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ad Results Media in May 2025
Interview
one prescreen with HR. And then a virtual interview with 3 Account Directors. Pretty much every single was multitasking versus giving me their full attention. It immediately turned me off to where I really didn't even want to try to impress them. Not only that, but if you value family and flexibility, don't work here. They offer Summer Fridays as a perk, but one of the directors verbatim said "I haven't been able to take a summer Friday in years because I'm always working." Not really a good selling point, but ok.
When I asked about flexible work schedules, because I have two kids and sometimes my day can turn to chaos, I was told "at the end of the day work comes first"
Immediately no. Odds are that individual may not have kids, but I knew right away, this agency did not align with my values. Overall just a really off putting interview.

Question 1
Describe your work experience. (as if it's not on my resume, that they should have all reviewed)

Interview
HR reached out to me on LinkedIn, said they were impressed with my skill set and would like to Inter me. They sent me a link to schedule my interview, which I did after some research as I initially thought this company was a fake company (still actually might be). The interview link I received was only in Mac format so I had to request the Zoom link. On the day of the interview no one showed up to the meeting. I waited 20 minutes sitting in the Zoom waiting room. I messaged HR back on LinkedIn and she finally responded and said they had forgotten about the interview bc was signing up for their 401K. It was a 5 minute interview. Then I had a 1 hr. interview with ADirctor. Round 3 was a two hour straight interview with 4 different people rotating in every 30 min, asking me the same exact questions. I did not receive a water/bio break in those 2 hrs and it was so exhausting answering the same questions over and over again for 2 hrs. When it was over the HR person never showed up/came back on. I was told she would call me the next day. After 3+ hrs of interviews with 6 different people, I haven’t heard back anything since in over 2 weeks. I reached out to HR, she read the message within the hour, and never responded. I sent thank you notes via LinkedIn with zero response. To be clear, interviewing for that length and amount of times is VERY difficult when you have a job and don’t want your current job to find out that you are interviewing. If you are going to require that amount of time from people, a courtesy feedback call is the absolute LEAST you can do. Shows this company’s real character, lack of organization, lack of care for employees from the get-go. Super disappointed and I have come to the conclusion that this company is either fake or still a façade front shell corporation. DO NOT APPLY or respond to “HR” outreaches.
