I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ad.net (Culver City, CA) in May 2025
Interview
3 rounds of interviews - recruiter, hiring manager and Sr Managers. Pretty basic interview. Ended up being ghosted at the end. Definitely an unorganized interview process that required a lot of follow up on my side. Maybe they were testing my BD skills by making me do the follow ups.

Interview
Had an interview over the phone. It went well and I've got orientation on Tuesday. What I didn't get a clear understanding of was if it is base pay plus commissions or just commissions. The recruiter was nice.

Interview
Simple phone interview, into an in-person orientation. At the orientation, the employees do not wear masks; nor were attendees required to wear masks. This job is entirely commission based, but with rigid working hours, and restrictions one might expect of a wage job.
