I applied on Adam Block Design's website and received an email a few days later inviting me to arrange a Skype interview with one of the company owners. The Skype interview lasted about 25 minutes and was very casual and conversational with mainly situational questions. My interviewer explained how the company was founded and how it had grown and offered me the position of Campus Coordinator.

I inquired about the job and shortly after I started the interview process. There was a phone call portion of the interview as well as a sales plan, and how you would execute being a campus coordinator.
