Sit down with management and team to discuss the position, the requirements, the hours and more. Very informal interview. Very welcoming and easy to talk to. The top management took the time to sit down and talk to me in a casual environment.

Interview
Standard practice. I submitted a resume and received an appointment for an in-person interview on-site. They chose someone else for the position. Two months late, we did a further phone interview for the same job as a replacement for someone on leave. They offered me the job, which I accepted.
