Interview
I was contacted by Adaptovate's internal recruiter about a position I applied for. I had an initial interview with her regarding my experience and what I was looking for in my next opportunity. She shared additional details regarding the position and the company and then took time to answer any additional questions about the company and the kind of work I might be involved with doing. She said she would present me to the hiring partners for next steps. A few days later she contacted me and described the next steps in the process which would involve three more interviews, which would primarily be case studies, testing my knowledge of Agile concepts, practices and experiences in the enterprise coaching area. The process was thorough, efficient and enjoyable throughout the process.
