I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Adaware Software (Montreal, QC) in Oct 2017
Interview
45 minute interview, depending on how long you take with the end-of-interview test. Brought into a small conference room where I was quizzed on some more technical details by two employees. Was asked a few "what would you do" type questions, generally trying to get a feel for my work ethic and my abilities. Didn't seem too familiar with my skills and background before interviewing, or what to expect from interns coming from this university. After a small discussion, I was given a two question programming test seeing how I would approach specific problems in regards to arrays/loops/complexity.

It was quick. It was only one interview. Some cultures and some technical. With 3 managers and two senior developers. It was so friendly. Despite being in Montreal the company is considered as English environment.
