Adelphi interview questions

Completed an application and had a phone call screening with a senior talent partner. She was late to the slot (over 5 mins), she didn’t apologise or even acknowledge this. She seemed bored on the call and unenthusiastic about the role. The audio quality was also awful and the whole process felt unprofessional. On email I was told the salary range for the role and on the phone I got told I would be given the lower range due to not holding a PHD? I later had someone reach out for the same role within the company offering the same salary the talent partner said a PHD would be needed for. The lack of transparency and the interaction I had through the screening call was enough to put me off. Also, the hybrid working pattern only kicks in after your probation period which is important to note when considering the office is in the middle of nowhere.

Standard interview process, was asked competency based questions answered using the STAR format. Interview process also required preparation of a presentation using real-life examples and case studies, as well as situational judgement questions.
