Las dos primeras entrevistas fueron muy normales. Conoces a los managers y les cuentas un poco tu experiencia y los principales proyectos en los que has trabajado.
La tercera fase fue un poco más complicada. Se trata de un caso práctico para el que te dan 45 minutos y luego tienes que discutir con ellos. Sinceramente el nivel de dificultad y las preguntas que hacen al respecto considero que no se adecua con los requerimientos de la posición.

Never apply for this company, just trust the reviews on glassdoor, unprofessional company with no respect to applicants. They would be late for interviews, took the interviews in car, or just read the interview questions without looking or commenting at your answers. They have slow recruiting process, since I already got an offer from another company, and I wrote an email kindly asking if they could kindly accelerate the process, and they replied and said they would not be able to accomodate and since I already got an offer, they decided not to move forward with me.... Disrespectful and unprofessional

Interview
I interviewed with a Consultant. I was asked to give an intro about myself, the consultant gave me an overview of the company and the job, and the remaining time was used for me to ask questions. We ended up going a little over time and it seemed like we had a good conversation going. After this interview, I never heard back from them every again. I followed up a couple weeks later and got no response. I'm pretty sure Adivo straight up ghosted me, which is HIGHLY unprofessional.
