I applied to the position "Junior Data Scientist" in January 2020. The process starts with CV screening. After that they invite you to take a 3-day test. I was rejected after taking the test. I spent a lot of time solving the test and I submitted a good solution (checked with fellow senior specialists from other companies). However, I received an automated rejection letter with no feedback or any explanation why I was rejected. In this rejection letter they mentioned that I can get more feedback if I reply and ask which I did. They didn't reply and never provided any feedback. All in all, although they have a reputation for being a good employer, they seem to have no respect for their candidates. They expect candidates to spend 3 days on the test task and then send you an automated rejection letter promising to send feedback upon request but they don't actually provide any feedback upon request. Valuing your candidates means respecting their time and providing them with at least some feedback so I am very disappointed with the hiring process at Adjust.
