A lovely HR wrote to me on Linkedin and we quickly set up a video call. In the call, I got a lot of information about the company and the position and told a bit about myself. Then I completed a take-home task. It was fun doing and not too difficult for whoever is familiar with the tech stack. After that, I had a great interview with the tech lead. He asked questions about the principles I believe in as a developer, some technical questions, and answered all my questions as well. He, like everyone throughout the process, was super friendly and professional. A few days after that I had a pair programming session with the tech lead and another developer from the team. It was a few technical questions, some coding in a shared environment, and a little bit of technical discussion on some of the topics. It was a lot of fun as well as I felt they really focused on seeing how I'm solving the problem and how I think, calmly. Finally, I got a chance to speak to two other developers from the team. This was a chill conversation and they were happy to share their experience as well. I was communicating with 3 HR people because my interview process happened in August and many people are on holiday. Despite that, all of them were fully informed and the entire process felt very professional, quick, and efficient.

very bad experience, so far the worst I have ever had, sent my application and they answered me with a email containing instructions for a code challenge that has to be delivered in 3 business days. I did sent, and after sending, never got any feedback, but was contacted thought linkedin messages telling me that they were interested in me but as a frontend (I have some frontend experience) I asked if the position was as a full-stack or just frontend, just frontend he said, and that I am not considered as a backend, what I answer I am not interested on frontend with you, maybe after my code challenge I won’t be considered as frontend either, so I won’t waste my time with you anymore
