Interview
I was first contacted by a recruiter whom did a phone interview. After completion of phone interview I was asked to take two test one taking an hour to complete the other took two hours to complete. After passing the test I was asked to meet with a District Manager for a one on one interview. After the one on one I was asked to do a panel interview that consist of three seasonded General Managers. After the panel interview I was asked to meet the District Manager again who then made me an offer.

Was promoted from within. I was a retail parts pro and I did great work. The current assistant manager quit and i was offered their spot. It was the worst decision of my life.

On computer and mainly parts knowledge oriented. Brief talk to upper management after. Look at a car in parking lot and was asked questions about how it works. Absolute slap in the face some of the questions I was asked
