Interview process was professional. Interview was performed via TEAMS since Covid protocols were still in place. Interview was conducted by two company employees, one of which was a Level III NDT.

They wanted to know what, if any, experience I had. There was some follow up to verify I wasn't blowing smoke. They also wanted to know what salary range I needed.
