Advanced Energy Electronics Engineer interview questions

2 Phase Interview, one with general recruiter to gauge fitness of company culture and background experience, second is a technical interview with a manager and lead engineer to understand background in DC-DC converters, high powered RF, and problem solving skills.

2 technical interviews and 1 final interview with the managers. They are all good in personal but they never notify me of the status of my application. It took me 4 months to wait. Why is it hard for them to tell you directly that you didn't pass? I give my all, I just hoped that they were fair enough to inform me about my status.
