Interview
Initial meeting with Talent Acquisition followed by interviews with the CEO, CFO, and Chief People Officer to understand more about my experience, motivations and why I wanted to work at Advanced Navigation. The process was very efficient and I found all parties were high conviction and very motivated to succeed. The communication loop with Talent Acquisition was great and very respectful of my time

Interview
1.) Pre-screening call with HR manager, asking for goals, objectives with the role, and overall feel on the fit.
2.) Interview with hiring manager and colleague, was asked behavioral questions, basic navigation industry principles and overall interest in the company.
3.) Final interview with director, where he shared higher-level goals, type of mindset ideal for the role, and asked about my experience.
The process was very smooth and efficient. After applying via LinkedIn, I had a quick phone screen with talent acquisition, followed by an online interview with the hiring manager. I was then invited for a face-to-face interview with team members which included a challenging presentation task, and I also had the chance to meet a head of function visiting from overseas and a member of the ELT.
Later that same afternoon, the talent acquisition representative called to gather my feedback and extended an initial verbal offer which was followed by the official offer the next day. I also appreciated having several follow-up conversations with both talent acquisition and my potential manager before making my decision, which gave me ample time to consider the offer carefully.
The communication throughout was professional, timely, and transparent. I really appreciated the opportunity to meet potential colleagues in person and see the work environment, which isn’t something all companies do.
