Senior Recruiter - Pharmaceuticals & Clinical Interview

      8 Mar 2018
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Danbury, CT
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Advanced RPO (Danbury, CT) in Feb 2018

      Interview

I had five phone interviews + 1 Skype, ranging all the way up to the President of the company, about 4 weeks worth of time. I thought everyone was very nice and polite; they all asked very good questions. I was a bit disappointed that after 6 total interviews, I was never invited onsite to physically meet anyone, and the decision was based off of the aforementioned. Usually after a certain number of interviews and a good amount of time spent, it starts to feel that the interest is there, so I was definitely thrown off by the final decision (but absolutely respect it). Also mainly since my experience is very specialized in a difficult field, which I know down to the smallest molecule, and there were two openings. I want to be as fair as possible and say that this was of course, only my experience. Much like with all reviews, you have to take them with a grain of salt, and try to see through the bias. This doesn’t mean that everyone’s experience will be this way or that this is a bad company in any way. On the other hand, the company is clearly growing and has very forward thinking folks with a clearly laid out vision to progress and grow. It would have definitely been great to get the opportunity; so if you do get contacted by this company, I think you’re in good hands!
