Interview
Started with an on-campus interview (30 min) where they asked general behavioral questions. The next stage consisted of an online cognitive assessment test and was roughly 12 minutes followed by a behavioral survey. The final stage was an on-site interview at their Everett, WA facility.
Interviews were generally very behavior-based and it became apparent that they were really looking for people who were a good character fit.

Interview
One 30-minute on-campus interview through a career fair. Followed by a three-part online cognitive assessment using an online program called Wonscore. Then a day of on-site interviews at the Fortive (ASP's parent company) headquarters in Everett, Washington.
