First I had a phone call with HR, afterwards another phone call with BI team leader regarding professional experience. afterwards - F2F interview with BI team leader, 100% professional skills test & questions. in addition - salary expectations was only a part of the last phase of the interview, while eventually I declined the offer because of low salary offered.

due to a very urgent need to fulfill a given opening, I was not really asked about any special information. The chief department just asked very general questions about my previous experience and a few personal questions and the HR department just filled up some forms.
