Question 1
Fit classique (pourquoi le conseil en stratégie, pourquoi Advention...) et cas commençant toujours par un market sizing
At first, I reached out to a current consultant and was invited to have a preliminary interview. The 1st round including a mkt size + a case interview + some bq questions. Then the 2nd round was with a VP, only bq questions. The 3rd round was a formal case interview with VP.

Interview
Interview process consists of the following:
-1st and 2nd interviews consist of 10min FIT and a case
-3rd interview is just behavioral with the managing director of the office you're applying to
-4th interview with the president of the group (1 fit question and the rest was a conversation)
The interviewers were very friendly and made the interviews feel more like a discussion.
