First interview was online and not speaking with a person. A question popped up, I had about 30 seconds to get my thought together and come up with an answer, and then it recorded me responding. It was simple. Then, I had to do a bank teller simulation online, which was also fairly simple. Then, I had an online in-person interview, where my interview was over a video chat. Overall, very simple as long as you’re okay with using technology!
