The recruiter in the first interview was very energetic and sold the position perfectly - despite the role itself been very free and hard to setup, as they dont have an AI team. The second interview was with the Chief of technology, felt more than a conversation than an actual interview and he seemed well educated, kind relaxed and well spoken. Despite two very positive interviews, I did not make it to the final stage, despite being told that they werent many candidates and receiving encouraging comments in both interviews. This made the rejection a little harder to swallow than usual.
