It was informal and took about an hour. A tour was provided, and all staff greeted me on each floor. It seems like a great environment to work at. It was more of a conversation rather than being interrogated with questions.

Great interview process. Phone interview with a recruiter, then with the hiring manager, shadowed on the floor, then was offered a position a week later. It is a long interview process though. It look about a month and a half.
