The conversion from third-party to direct hire took about a month, even though all required documents were submitted on time. There was frequent miscommunication and too many unnecessary escalations. The benefits are not competitive, below industry market, even for those with advanced degrees or significant experiences. Makes little difference. Just fine for those who want gain some experience or knowledge but i think not a good place for long term growth.
