I saw their job opening on LinkedIn, so I applied online to 2 different positions. Within 2 days, a recruiter reached out to me to schedule a phone interview for one of the positions. During the phone interview a week later, halfway through the interview I realized that I was being interviewed for a different position than the one stated in the email due to the recruiter's mistake. When I realized this and mentioned it, she made me feel as if I had made the mistake. I passed the phone interview and was selected for an on-site interview. In the e-mail, the recruiter made another mistake and messed up the dates for the interviews. I ignored the mistake and scheduled on the on-site interview. I also had to complete an assessment before the on-site interview which was around two hours long. The on-site interview itself was fine, but they seemed ill prepared. The interviewer mentioned multiple times that he hadn't interviewed anyone in a while, there was a technology issue in the middle of my interview, and half the time, the interview panel seemed disengaged because they were on their laptops. I sent a follow up thank you email after the interview, but it was ignored.
