Applied through a referral link and received information to have phone screening interview. After phone screening, I was informed that I'd be moving forward to next steps the same day. I never received the email that day and had to remind the recruiter to send email as informed. Finally received next steps to interview with a Team Lead. I successfully interviewed with the lead which was a good experience. He informed I'd also be moving forward with next steps (Final Interview Panel) and if I didn't receive an email/contact within the next few days then reach out to recruiter(s). A few days had passed and no email regarding next steps received. I proceeded to send profressional emails following up regarding next steps for interview. However, I've been ghosted by both recruiters and still have failed to receive nexts step when the project hired date is approximately 2 weeks away.
