Absoluut geen fijne manier van solliciteren. Je wordt geconfronteerd met 4 personen uit een hoge functie voor de derde ronde als kandidaat voor een startersfunctie. Geen lach te bekennen en je wordt alleen maar aangestaard. Ik kwam hier via een interimkantoor terecht en heb na het gesprek direct laten weten dat ik geen interesse meer heb.
