Interview
First I filled out the online application, then I had a short 30 minute phone Interview. Next we had a Face to Face meeting at a local coffee shop. About a week later I sat down with the executives for a panel interview and discussion. Finally I had several conversations with the hiring manager to negotiate the final details of the offer.
