The interview process with the recruiter was pretty straightforward, however, they took forever to keep you updated on the next steps (if they are interested in doing so).
The second round interview with the hiring manager wasn't good -- being that he was extremely unorganized and was even 10 minutes late to the interview, however if the interviewee was 10 minutes late I'm sure that wouldn't fly with the interviewer/business.
The business/ team seems very disorganized based on what the interviewer was mentioning through the interview, and they label it as being a "start-up" to try to get away with the disorganization within the organization.
I would recommend keeping your options open elsewhere.
