Interview
The HR lady was generally pretty clear and concise in the interview process. I thought her questions were pretty relevant and she asked all the right questions to determine the fit of the role for the candidate. She did however take weeks to get back to me on my application the first round.
She’d also answered any questions the candidate had asked in good detail, made the candidate feel very comfortable.
However on the sales simulation portion it is important to note that candidates should bring a sales deck along, it appears to be a key factor on how they valuate your performance instead of the sales pitch itself.
Their indicator of how prepared u are for the sales simulation includes whether or not you have a sales deck it seems. Ive been to interviews at fortune500s and plenty of startups but none seemed to drill down to the fact that you needed a deck unless specified. I was told to prepare for the simulation but was not told a deck was compulsory so do keep that in mind for future sales interviews!

Interview
Pretty standard and assuring - first round with TA, a take-home case study, second round with lead/peer, last round with CEO. The conversations with various members of the team were purposeful, open and very insightful.
I was sold on the team and its culture through the interview process!
