The interview was fairly straightforward. There were some assessments at the start that were fairly similar to the ACT, and then I met with the VP to discuss where I would fit in the company.
The interview process here at aim loan was so easy and smooth ! Everyone you meet while walking in was so pleasant and welcoming. And it’s a plus their offices are even decorated to give you something interesting to look at ! I felt that my skills were easily portrayed throughout the interview process due to the test you have to take. Very simple and easy process, I love jobs that make you feel comfortable through and through.
They give you timed tests on typing, math, reasoning, personality, language, grammar, spelling... And then they make you write why they should hire you.
The process wasn't stressful, and the people there were friendly enough. You shouldn't stress too much on the tests, but they are timed. You get 6 seconds to answer each question.
Interview was well planned out and easy to do. Not intimidating. They make you take a few assessments then you interview in person. Overall good experience. I was given the paperwork through email later on the same day. It seems like a great place to work.
