I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Air Canada (Montreal, QC) in Apr 2018
Interview
Application deadline to final response took about 3 months+.
Phone interview (HR) was 1 month after application - 30 minutes sharp (on a sunday?).
1st face to face interview was 10 days after with Director - 1 hour sharp.
2nd face to face was 5 weeks later with the team (4 people) - 45 minutes followed by Director and another team member (45 minutes). An assignment (3 parts) was given one week before and was partly be the object of the interview
Final response was 2 weeks later.
All very pleasant but frustratingly hard to read, given the lenghty process.

Question 1
So many questions. Never had so many. Personal, professional.
All generic. Fairly easy if you'd prepared relatively well.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Air Canada (Montreal, QC) in Nov 2023
Interview
First call, screening without too much information provided, 2nd - a online meeting with hiring manager. Questions very standardized during the interview. And response automatized without any details. Don't recommend at all.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Air Canada (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2022
Interview
It had 3 steps: HR screening - Manager interview - On-the-spot testing. Overall, the questions were predictable. For the on-the-spot testing, I was given half an hour to work on specific research design.

Question 1
What research studies would my team need to conduct at this point?
HR specified this is early stage of interview, but will definitely advise whether the interview result is positive. Haven't heard back for 2 months now, neither replying to my emails.
