Applied online, interviewed twice in person. Simple application, they were LATE to the interview by an hour with no notice, so that set the tone for the company. Ironically, the manager and HR kept talking about Air Canada and how great the company was, how much they were and continue to grow, discussed less about the role. Fast forward a few months, covid hit the industry, guess it's also a bit of karma. HR was friendly and communications was good.

Interview
Recruiter never respected the next steps he/she gave. Recruiter was very blunt and borderline rude about requirements. Recruiter made it seem like Air Canada was doing people a favour by even considering them as potential candidates.
