The questions were most behavioral such as what would you do before the customers or end users if you manager gave the wrong answer to a field work related question by the end users? How can you handle yourself during the plant upset time? How to you handle noise places? or environment? What is your plan regarding mastering Air Liquide Policies or Technologies? How fast can you hit the ground running regarding field work?
