I was reached out to online to schedule a phone screen. After the brief phone screen, I was invited to interview in person, where I was asked personality questions, toured the manufacturing facility, and went through a brief exercise modeling a part in SolidWorks.

Interview
The Lead Mechanical Engineer needed assistance through this position. He called and asked me about the CAD software I use at school. He wanted someone to fill the position immediately but I wasn't available. The next round of interview were supposed to be on site.
