AirTran is a very busy company and moves fast but it did take long to get to the final stages of getting hired because recruiters go through so many applications. Southwest culture is very important to them...You either fit or you don't....You can't fake it
Very standard interview process. Interviewed with several persons, to include the Vice President of Human Resources. Interviews lasted 30-45 minutes each. I also took a tour of the facility in which I'd be working.
