Applied online. Was contacted by e-mail to schedule a phone interview. Phone interview went very well. Asked to come in for an in-person interview the following week. The interview was very relaxed, great atmosphere. Had to complete a quick little prioritizing test. Basically was told I had the job right on the spot

One group interview task and two one to one style interviews. Group interview had 10 people in it and after one task of selling why your partner would be good for the role and a written email style task, they started to send people home straight away. It was very friendly atmosphere and welcoming.
