Outside the box questions. Interviewer wanted to understand thinking process. Gave information about the company and why they were recruiting, the culture of the company and future path. Discussed other open positions.
initial recruiter talked with me, then was passed to hiring manager for discussion. there is a framework but it deviates quite a lot from the original question so you need to be flexible with how the conversation is going

Interview
One of those where you get encouraged to apply by their recruiter and then you get rejected after stage 1 for "being overqualified". The worst part? Lack of feedback, even when requested.
