I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Akinon in Nov 2020
Interview
I was first contacted by a recruiter, and after cv evaluation process, I was sent a short challenge. Challenge was alright, had very easy coding/algorithm questions and a few detailed multiple choice questions about Django and Python. After the challenge, I was invited for a technical interview, which lasted about an hour, where I was asked about my experience and technical questions similar to those asked in the challenge.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Akinon (Istanbul) in Feb 2024
Interview
The interview was average overall. The interviewer was polite, but questions were not deeply explored, which limited discussion. Still, the process was clear and professional and generally felt neither negative.
