Interview
I called the manager of Alainco-Cards & he fixed me up for the next day for an interview with CEO of the company. Next day I went to the office, I was called in CEO office & the interview began. He asked me general questions like where did I live & what was my past experience, shortly manager also joined the interview, he was just sitting back & observing. After some question & answer CEO asked me if I have the time to take a skill test on the same day.I said yes, he asked me did I have lunch & asked the staff to get me a biryani from a restaurant close by. I had lunch with a marketing staff there, then I was escort to the manager's room where a computer was arranged. Manager explained to me what I had to do. It took me me approx. 2.5 hours & I told the manager that I am done. he told me to wait and he called the CEO to check the results. CEO came & looked at my results. He said the work was good consedering I was doing it for the first time and that they will eveluate my resume further & call me if they see fit.
After 5-6 months I got the call from the manager asking me to come to the office. When I got there he offered me the job and told me the rules & regulation of company & asked me to give my answer until next day.
