1. Phone call from HR
2. Email from HR about interview process and who you'll be meeting with.
3. Dry run
4. Exercise before panel interview
5. Interview with panel
6. Interview with executive
Suggestion: Eye contact from panel interview is definitely important. It's also important to let the audience know that you'll be taking notes a head of time. During my panel interview it seemed as if the hiring manager was too busy doing his work to want to hear my response to the questions and because of that my decision to try in the interview changed midway through. If you can't spare your attention for a prospective employee, it's definitely not a good sign.
