The interview process was long and drawn out. Begin by answering senior-based questions as if you were already employed. The Zoom interview consists of 2 panel interviews where you are asked to answer questions about your experience. I would recommend using the STAR method to respond and be concise. They also do on-the-spot typing, so I would recommend knowing how to type and spell. I think the application process should be paid for, considering the length of the process.

My experience was positive. The team was transparent throughout the process while setting clear and concise expectations. I really appreciated the recruiter for her time and support, as she was extremely communicative throughout the interview process. Even prior to receiving an offer, I felt very supported and I am extremely grateful for that.
