this process was a four step process including: phone interview with a human resources rep, followed by an assessment, then a conversation with the hiring manager, executive vice president, and finally chief executive officer

A absolute joke. There was another 'Senior Data Analyst' that was hired, had no previous experience, and then immediately quit after realizing there would be no training. My interview was mildly interesting, but I wouldn't say 'Senior' level.
